Our home had been on the market with a high street agent for several months, we had very few viewings which included no shows and last-minute cancellations. There was also a distinct lack of communication from our agent, it was always us making contact with them for updates!? :-(
After several weeks of zero viewings. We received a cold call at our door from Pierre Luxe. Pierre was a breath of fresh air after dealing with an ineffective high street agent. He reassured us that he could sell our property and how he would market our home to ensure maximum viewings.
With the housing market not being very good Pierre still managed to get prospective buyers through the door and we had viewings and open house appointments arranged.
The sale of our property did take some time and we had some hiccups along the way but both Pierre and Georgie were extremely professional and kept in very regular contact with us. Their work ethic is unquestionable, keeping us appraised even in the evenings and at weekends.
